Rossa Mk2 Build Up - Introduction

One of the questions I often get asked about my Rossa is "how long did it take to build?".

The Rossa can be built up in around a month if you dedicate every waking hour to it. Most builders take two or three years to get the car on the road and then keep on tweeking and modifying their car for years after.

I took nearly seven years! In my defence, during this period I was studying for a university degree, followed by a period of working away from home. The fact that I made a number of changes to the original design didn't help matters either - but I enjoyed building the car, which is the whole idea.

During the build, I took a lot of photographs of the car. A selection of these can be viewed by clicking on the following links as they illustrate the how my Rossa was assembled. These pages contain a lot of pictures (each averaging 20k bytes) so they may take some time to download over a slow connection. I hope you'll find the wait worthwhile.
